Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
"The hotel charges for you to leave bags £10 per bag, that’s literally the first time I’ve ever come across this. The building and rooms are tired and dated. Staff brush you off to a computer check in which didn’t work. Really poor experience, avoid."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
"Our AC didn’t work we didn’t have any cleaning service. They did not want to move us to another room. It was the worst experience I ever had. I would love a refund, but I don’t know if that’s going to happen."
