"We were given a room with no A/C…apparently ours was the one that never had it…we were offered a fan in 100 degree weather and no available ventilation as the window would not open. Essentially they wanted us to cook ourselves. We were not offered any compensation and even then I was ok to forgo ..."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
"Fantastic location right in The West End. Room was small and very basic - no tissues, no face washer, no tv and the bed was hard. Check in was difficult as there were so many people that arrived at the same time and about 2 staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there."
