Not so good

I stayed here for 11 nights and . Apartment was good and clean. This are couple of challenges. 1) Property contact number on hotels.com need to update as it is invalid number.Some how I found property number from google and able to connect. Property is not maintained well. No one cleans property outside. Always trash within lobby and surrounding. Elevators are not working from months that is what I heard.

The location is good, it’s near the airport and shops and takeaways. The parking on site is great. The communication was a bit slow and when I asked for a later check out 24 hours prior I got no response which was annoying.

clean and new apartments

It’s really good. We stayed In apartment 11 on the ground floor and subsequently 36 and 37 on the second floor of the property. Check in time of 3pm is a bit late but on both occasions we were given the room at 1pm without extra charge. Parking is secure and there is lift access. Apartments are modern, clean and fully furnished with a full kitchen and utensils. Although we found that the stoves on apartment 37 are not quite clean. Overall for the price this is a very good place to stay if you are with a car and family. Very close to Heathrow and Windsor too. Most destinations like Legoland, outer London are within 20-40 mins driving distance. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent apartment with parking and kitchen facilities.

Was a very old apartment, was not given good instr

Was a very old apartment, bed sheets smell , pillows were very old flat , apartment had a wired smell , never got a email instructions, could get a key , after a long trip we had a wait out side

No A/C

This was not what I had expected. There was no once working there, so check in was a little confusing. Then we realized when we got to our room that there was no A/C and opening windows was discouraged. It was so hot. The shower head was broken and shot water everywhere, including on the floor of the bathroom since the shower had no door. There was no way to make coffee in the morning. It was very different from any place we've ever rented.

LHR apartments

The best way to get to the apartments by public transport would be to catch the Piccadilly line to Heathrow T,1-3 and then 140 bus or 111 bus or 285 bus or 105 bus to Boltons Lane. The flat is a 4 min walk from the bustop next to the main entrance of Novotel. The host will provide the self-check in video.

此旅店附帶廚房及洗衣機等，離機場相當近，進出機場相當方便。旅店主人會於住宿當日傳進出旅館之密碼給客人，有關check in方式以錄影方式供客人參考。

Great Stay

I stayed here for 4 weeks whilst working away and it was perfect. Clean, tidy, modern, good facilities (Microwave, oven etc). Heating was good, very comfortable. I received very clear and easy instructions as to how to obtain the key and where to find the parking space. Would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

DO NOT... NEVER....SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY First thing first, you need BIG luck to find the place. False promise and information from the owner (not Hotels site). I have had four hours of nightmare for my one night booking, 1 hour to find the place and then no clue to find how to enter into the building as there is no reception or contact to find. I really appreciate Hotels.com helpdesk to sort out my issue. Few words of advise, you will be better elsewhere (even a B&B nearby) and do not waste your money here in this property.

Clean, parking tight, hard to contact owner 4 key

Getting in contact with the hotel was awful and very hard. Had to go to hotels.com to try and get in touch. Parking is very tight bigger cars will struggle. Apartment clean and well equipped, took time to warm up the apartment
