"Overall very good for the price, great location, helpful staff , I found it awkward getting in and out of the pod . Comfortable once in, pillow too soft , unisex toilets , shower etc all very clean, Quiet Probably would used again."

"Incredibly convenient for a long layover. Tube stops for Piccadilly and Elizabeth lines downstairs, with access to Terminal 5 shops (including Boots and M&S) just inside. Very helpful staff and quiet rooms."

"Location is ideal for the theatre. Single room was big enough for a walk in shower in the en-suite. In the room desk, wardrobe, safe and tea/coffee pod machine and tv and window. Carpet in bedroom and crisp linens. Spotless. Vending machines and reusable water bottle. It was busy and there were other guests enjoying themselves. Very comfortable. Very convenient. Lots nearby."
