Another nice stay at this hotel. Great location, we choose to drive to the hotel, than tube into central London, great location for us. Managed to get parked ok, car park very small. Staff very good, nice room and facilities ok for us. Free breakfast is just what’s needed nothing flash but very ample, good choice and tasty. Great price on his hotel to. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Adequate and convenient location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location being right next to station. Room was adequate, but rather small and beds were not comfortable. Hotel was clean but looks like it needs updating soon. Breakfast was disappointing, nothing was particularly nice, it was quantity over quality.

Front desk staff are amazing like Halina and Mika. They are the best! Both are very nice to the guests and hardworking. Execellent workers! The breakfast buffet was really great. Didn’t Feel Like a Chain Hotel…and that’s good!

I’ve stayed in a lots of chain hotels and I’ve got to say this was easily one of the best. The staff were all super friendly but not fake, right from my first phone call where I asked about parking. Rancey was on the desk to welcome us and was very friendly and gave us a great welcome. The rooms were compact but comfortable with a really powerful hot shower…always a must for me! Parking is limited but we arrived around 2:30 so there were plenty of spaces. The location is a little bit out of the way but I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel located right beside North Acton Underground Station (Central Line - Red) - just 2 mini walk from hotel lobby. Breakfast is included and it’s pretty good for an ‘express’ style hotel.
