"This hotel is very well located, across the street from a metro station on the Piccadilly line serving the Heathrow airport. Also not very far from the centre of London by metro.

There is also no lock on the ground-floor toilet, which is a significant inconvenience.

Overall, the...

We really appreciated the assistance with booking a taxi at check out, with the staff member even using his own phone to talk to the driver. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!"
