Brilliant central location. Staff were lovely, although the building work around reception made it feel quite chaotic. Room was good - if I was being picky I’d say it could probably do with a bit of a refresh - but it was absolutely fine for a short stay and the view was fantastic.

The hotel is very well situated on Picadilly close to regents street and all shops, but the rooms are definitely in need of updating, very old fashioned and dark, walls painted dark green make them very dark and depressing with the lack of light. Furniture needs updating especially the bed.
Rooms are noisy from the traffic if you like the window open at night.
Nice to have a pool in a central London hotel.
