I stayed here for 4 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. The room has it's own bathroom but is in a house with 6 rooms total sharing the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and the washer/dryer really come in handy for long stays. The cleanliness of the kitchen will really depend on who is staying there at the time and it seems a professional cleaner shows up once a week or so. (I believe there was one week no one came). The location was excellent, everything you could need nearby, and it's even walking distance to a bunch of tourist spots like London Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. It's in between two subway stations and directly next to a bunch of fabulous markets with all of the food you could imagine. The room is clean and comfortable although I'm glad I had brought my own pillow and towels as the ones provided were a bit thin and tiny. The desk and computer chair really come in handy for people who need to use their laptops. All in all it was a great base for a vacation in London. Would definitely stay there again.

Poor customer service, book at own risk
There is minimal customer service. There is a number one can call, but it is sometimes not answered. Upon arrival I discovered there was construction 8am-5pm across the street. It was very loud with cranes and drilling outside the window. I left shortly thereafter and called customer service, but was not refunded any amount for the remainder of the booking. The hotel cleanliness and quality was not great. There was hair found in the sheets and mold/ rust stains in the shower.
