"I checked in with a dog and they were so lovely, gave us a bed and bowls and made us very welcome.
I ordered room service just coffee and a breakfast chia bowl - this wasn’t good value or good taste.
Gorgeous view of St Pancras but I hoped to spend the morning on the roof with my dog in the sun and he wasn’t allowed there: I understand rules but I wish it said that as he was welcome everywhere else and it’s why I booked the hotel."

"We were visiting London during a heat wave. The hotels air-conditioning wasn’t very good and in fact, the first night there my room didn’t have ANY air conditioning. It was fixed the next day. I heard other guests complaining that their air-conditioning wasn’t working as well.
When we arrived and at various times during our stay, the elevators were not working.
The restaurant food is very expensive and the waitress we had was very pushy , did not like her at all.
