Perfectly situated in the heart of London. The staff are lovely/ nothing is too much trouble. The rooms beyond expectations and housekeeping amazing. Definitely top of the list for a return stay

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
I wasn't impressed with their bathroom facilities but their staff was excellent and the hotel has two perfect places to have dinner. Parking here is very expensive. The location is very convenient.

Royal Garden Hotel
The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. The check-in is tediously long. The rooms are quite warm. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but it’s OK. If you’re expecting vending machines ice machine, machines, laundry anything like that this is not the hotel for you.
