Staff were great and very welcoming from the minute we entered the hotel. The location is perfect, just about 10 minutes walk from Big Ben. We are definitely going back :-)

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Excellent staff. Very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. My so fell ill while we were on vacation and the staff was super helpful getting me cleaning supplies, linens, ice, water and anything I needed. Alan Clement’s actually delivered linens personally to us late in the evening.
