Staff were great and very welcoming from the minute we entered the hotel. The location is perfect, just about 10 minutes walk from Big Ben. We are definitely going back :-)

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London
Taj was doing construction and didn’t notify us until a week before our booking, leaving us with little option. The entire lobby was in construction. Dust everywhere near by. We couldn’t have friends meet us there and it wasn’t the experience we paid for. The managers evaded us the whole time regardless ...

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Excellent staff. Very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. My so fell ill while we were on vacation and the staff was super helpful getting me cleaning supplies, linens, ice, water and anything I needed. Alan Clement’s actually delivered linens personally to us late in the evening.
