"Everything is always excellent here. The rooms are always well stocked without being overstocked; you have the ability for physical and downloadable media to watch and enjoy; parking passes are always supplied without having to ask for them; wake up calls are attentive and they don't forget them; and, I'm writing this review as a person who has been to Montauk Manor on 11 different occasions. I love what they have done with their exercise room and the changes they made to their pool and sauna...

"Convenient parking and proximity to all."

"The hotel room was clean, a little outdated, however nicely furnished and well taken care of. There is a wonderful parking lot that is a short walk away from your room, which is nice. The beach is a very short walk away and was lovely! Love that they have a tennis court and large pool. Food and necessities are a short 5 min. drive away. I would definitely stay again."

"Day 1: Can't even enter the building til 4 PM checkin time. Access code does not work. Got to my room it was absolutely filthy - piles of dirty dishes, dirty sheets in a pile on the bed. Found a housekeeper, who just kept repeating "room not ready". There was another customer there in tge same situation. Finally a managerial type shows up, and we get moved to different (clean) rooms. Fine. Day 2: Try to get back in my room after being out. Code does not work. Got hung up on 4 times by the phone...
