"The outlets did not work except 2 The lighting was very poor, dull, bulbs missing and none inside the bathroom, no housekeeping service on the final stay, no room service on the weekends."

"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Staff was so friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and nice. Great location to ISP airport. Will definitely stay again."

"Everything was perfect! The only thing I didn't like was that my room was in front of the bathrooms and the cleaning staff were there early cleaning and talking a lot and loudly and I just wanted to rest, I had gone to a wedding and I was tired and they were talking and talking."

"The room had an odd odor kind of a musty smell, then in the morning smelt like burning pancakes. Parking was difficult its a smaller parking lot for a large hotel"

"I lodge 8-10 guest at your hotel. When the guest arrived the front desk staff that was doing overnight was nor friendly. The room do not even have iron to press cloths. Breakfast they wanted to buy was terrible. They did not enjoy their 2night stay at all."
