"Check in was earlier than posted time and the stay was wonderful. It was great to be so close to the concert venue but Town of Gilford and the Pavilion should upgrade walking safety such as sidewalks , lighting and crosswalk."

"A week before our stay, we called and asked for the possibility of an early check in and later check out. Check in is at 3pm. Whole purpose of my stay is I play in a band and I needed to be at the venue for soundcheck at 3pm, person on the phone from the hotel assured me there would be no problem with us checking in between noon and 1pm, we also requested the room I booked and the room our staff booked to be adjoining rooms, again was told by the hotel no problem. Staff shows up and checks in...

"It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again."
