"The room was really clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, while I didn’t eat here the bar and dining area were super clean and looked beautiful. The whole place was decorated really nicely. In my room they even had a chair that was big enough for me to comfortably sit in which is rare given that I’m morbidly obese so it was a very pleasant surprise. Finally to say that I got the BEST night sleep of my life here is an understatement, when they say they have blackout curtains they mean it...

"Staff were always helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant service was excellent as was the food and drinks. The only issues we had were in the room, where the net curtains were ripped, the bath panel was hanging loose and the enamel around the bath plug was chipped. But despite the negatives, overall I was happy with my experience at the Bull."

"Accessible room was perfect. I chose not to have breakfast so not able to comment on breakfast or bar area, because fir my visit I was visiting family and had lots of activities planned with them. Room was clean and the walk in shower in the accessible room so much better than trying to climb into lowered bath to have a shower. "

"On the whole enjoyed our one night stay. Property is lovely and our ground floor room was clean and warm. Only downside was black mold on the shower tray edge but the power shower was awesome.The breakfast room is nicely decorated and the food on offer was of excellent quality and well cooked.goos continental selection. "Lovely old historic Inn. Rooms traditionally furnished and had some nice welcoming touches. Bar was very cozy. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast freshly cooked. No lift but staff kindly helped us to the top floor with our bags. Our daughter stayed in a ground floor garden room overlooking the beer garden which was also very nicely furnished. Menu looked great but we ate in the Indian restaurant directly opposite which was also excellent. Will stay here again when passing through."
