"Great service from check-in to check-out (and everything during our stay). Breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety from warm food to fresh fruit and juice. Clean all the way around, inside, outside, hallways, rooms, and lobby. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. We had a nice beach view, but not where we could see the sunrise. The rooms were well-equipped, including the kitchen area, but the beds and other seating were too firm for us older people. However, we were able to enjoy visiting with our family to celebrate a grandson's graduation. Overall very nice!"

"Stayed 3 nights room never cleaned we ask for toilet paper 3 times at the third time she actually handed me the toilet paper when we were on our way to dinner. Should not stay there again."

"I chose the wrong room and was in the BW annex A room king bed. Ref microwave Smelled musty. Was told since I went through a third party they could not changed anything. They told me there were no ocean front or views available. Which was not true Didn’t eat breakfast cause it is in the main building. Not sure if I would stay there again. Could have got something cheaper across the street If you stay there make sure you don’t get stuck in the annex"

"We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here."

"I loved everything about the property. I love the fact that there's a kitchen and I took advantage of that. I was sold at the lazy river and hot tub. So relaxing. So much to do on the resort, especially if you have kids, they will have a blast. I'm glad the water park was enclosed for now because there was a day when there was thunderstorms and chilly weather, especially at night. The only thing I wasn't aware of was there was 2 buildings and the Uber dropped me off at 5200 and when I checked in...
