"This hotel engages in unfair business practices. Although check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, staff informed guests that rooms were not ready and could not provide an ETA. I waited 1 hour and 32 minutes to get into my room. The hotel forces you to pay for a full day yet denies you access until late into the afternoon."

"It was convenient to where I needed to be everyday. It was close to Starbucks, Grocery stores, and Shopping. The breakfast was decent, the room was nice. The only issue was a smell of smoke in the hallways, but it didn't seem to be in the room, so that was nice. The AC worked well, the overhead fan was great for the heat."

"We stayed at Crown Reef Resort for four days, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the pools. They were absolutely filthy—very cloudy with debris floating everywhere. We found fake eyelashes, hair and press on nails on the bottom of the floor, KitKat wrappers, and other trash in the water. It was honestly disgusting and looked like the pools hadn’t been properly cleaned or shocked in a long time. The rooms were small and in desperate need of updating....
