"I didn't know from listing that parking will cost extra. And for $40? Vale in Laguna Beach is only $30. It's actually $44 here because they charge $4 for convenience fee while that's the only way to pay anyway since there's nobody on site. When I get there, gate is closed a I have no codes sent to me yet. I had to pay for meter street parking while figuring out how to self check in and get the codes.
