"Male staff were extremely disrespectful verging on harassing. Utter disregard for your safety. People banging on the door at 5:44 in the morning. Had people messing with your car. When you ask for help from the reception staff, they were mocking and rude. They didn’t send check-in information so I was out on the street at night asking how to get into the building. The light fixture was broken and didn’t work. They didn’t fix it. The kitchen area was not clean."

"Clean room, great facilities and good location. I’d say the only downsides for me is that there’s too many locks throughout the property (a total of 4 to go through before you can enter your room - 1 at the main entrance, 2 to enter the building and 1 to enter the room) and since there’s no on-site staff you have to message them on Expedia and wait for a response and they can be a little slow). "Clean private room/with private bathroom/Staff at check-in was very helpful/Beachview-Oceanview in our private room was great! In walking distance to everything needed.
Parking is horrible everywhere in Hermosa Beach that was the only downside was parking from Friday to Monday morning it was the worst!"

"Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about.
