Room was good, nothing fancy but good. Parking is easy and vehicle is in a closed location. Breakfast was really nice. Staff was great. Gym is very basic just a treadmill, stationary bike, and machines no free weights. Location is right next to freeway so easy to move around. Alot of places to eat and shop nearby.
Our family stayed here for a weekend trip to celebrate our mother’s milestone birthday. While check-in was quick, our experience quickly turned into a nightmare when we found a cockroach near the fridge around midnight. The night-shift staff offered us another room, but upon inspection, it had a spider, old cobwebs, and toilet paper residue in the bathroom.
When I requested a full refund, the staff member refused and told us to contact the manager on Monday, despite knowing we were checking out on Sunday. His rude, condescending attitude and complete lack of empathy made an already stressful situation even worse. So we had to contact Expedia and email management with photos documenting the roach and unsanitary conditions. We received only a partial refund. This experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend anybody staying here unless you want to risk bringing roaches home with you. I will absolutely not be returning.
Very affordable place to stay. Rooms were average size room. There is a mini fridge but it was freezing up everything even at the lowest setting. Bathroom is very small. Window can be open. AC was great. Noise was horror from the traffic and construction from the gas station next door. Floor is flux wood flooring so if you have renters upstairs can hear them. We had one with a kid upstairs so it was noisy. Sink needs maintenance and counter was not level. Shower head and faucet handle needs replacing. Staff were friendly. Love the free breakfast even if its only limited to a few items. Parking is easy but lot can use a good cleaning.

Disliked: Staff & service
AC had problems every night, it only took me one time to tell front desk and he was rude. I never went back just toughed it out. Traffic was loud and view was awful.
The property looked to be updated recently but not comprehensively. In 2026, streaming apps should be standard and the TV was relatively small, think 32". The bed was not particulary comfortable. For those driving trucks or larger suvs, parking height of the garage may be an issue, it was for my full size stock height truck as roof racks wouldn't clear the underground lot. Front desk was helpful and we didn't use any other amenity.
I stayed at Baymont for 3 nights. The bed is too soft to me that I ended up having upper back pain which I didn’t have before since night 1. Needless to say, I couldn’t get a good sleep in the next 2 nights. On day 2 morning when I was washing up, I saw a cockroach on the bathroom door knob. I screamed and my husband came in to hit it on the bathroom door. We notified the front desk person and he said he would ask a staff to come clean up the “dead body” and check around to make sure no more cockroaches. We went out and came back at night and the dead body was still sticking on the bathroom door. My experience at this hotel was poor and I would not come back.
What I liked was that things looked new or recently renovated.
What I did not like was that there was no microwave. Also, breakfast was in the dining room only. Other hotels are not this strict. My wife is disabled, because of this circumstance they allowed me to take some food up to my room.
Where to start. How about getting woken up 3 nights in a row because they have tweakers staying there. I went to the front desk each night and the hotels solution was “for me to move rooms” I was staying in the hotel because I had an important class at 7 AM. Terrible.
Clean room , staff was courteous and very helpful.
The hallway on 3rd floor was very stuffy no air conditioning and smelled a lil moldy. The room 305 was super hot when I walked in took a bit for it too cool off .
Parking is very tight especially at the entrance for ADA.
