"For the price of this hotel I anticipated better service we got no bottle water in our room, only 1 food option, we had to stay on extra day due to flight cancellation. The front desk made me book and extra night via website then come tell them I did and re-check back in at thendront desk with my DL, CC, and room keys then did an additional hold on my card for incidentals- after already spe ding a week at the hotel. The hotel itself (common areas) are amazing. But the rooms are old and not updated. The shower curtains blow with the pressure of the shower. Sp nd most of your shower time keep the shower curtainnout of your face. The water pressure was so hard our daughter didn't want to shower. In my opinion this hotel was not worth the cost when There are many many more options in the surrounding area. "
