"The room served it's purpose for our two night stay. It was clean, just a bit noisy by the freeway entrance, but no fault of the motel. This is our second time we stayed. My only complaint is they charge $20 a night for guest parking. That's ridiculous. As much as they charge, parking should be free for guests."

"The location is convenient if you’re going to an event at SoFi. We arrived a lot earlier than check-in time, but were given the opportunity to check-in early, which was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when it came to storing our luggage. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you."

"The one king bed, one sofa bed room is extremely spacious which was very nice being a family of 5 with 3 children under age 4. A little outdated and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Room was also very loud facing the freeway. We were up on the 15th floor and the sounds of the sirens and the train woke us up periodically throughout the night. Hotel itself is very nice, rooms just need some TLC. In a fantastic location, though, just down the road from Universal, Warner Bros, etc."

"The staff was really friendly and helpful at every step of our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and our view was incredible! Definitely would recommend especially if you're going to Universal Studios because the walk to the park from the hotel took less than 10 minutes."
