"Jerry was amazing very helpful and made our day amazing. We didn’t have plans to stay there again but because of his hospitality we will be going back with our kids. "The rooms are kind of humid, but it’s extraordinarily clean I liked that the bottom is sealed. So my cats can’t go under. I didn’t like I wasn’t able to get to my car. Although the staff is nice. You cannot go get your car in the parking lot. It’s managed by AAA parking. The maintenance came in when I wasn’t there and I came back two seconds later to find him petting my cat idk how I feel about that but they were really nice and good service."

"What this room lacked in quantity, it more than made up for in Quality! Everything was high end and carefully thought out to maximize space and the Citizen's comfort. But what truly set it apart was the willing helpfulness of their amazing staff! 5 stars because they don't have 6!"
