"the staff at reception were very kind and supportive, the room was clean but the bathroom was very old and the shower was cold. TVs in the room were also very small and breakfast was only for 2 people regardless if the room could receive 4."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool is fed by a natural hot spring, and the water was warm, clean, and well maintained. Our room was serviced daily, and the towels were replaced each day. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. "Highly recommend this hotel. The property is lush and pretty. The staff is amazing, and speak multiple languages. They are also super helpful. It has a nice pool, (that is heated), with swim up bar.
