"I'll start with the cons as it's the most important for people to realize the sales staff try to sell you a 'membership' (it's not a membership, it's basically a timeshare even though they claim it's not), they are beyond aggressive and wouldn't let us leave after you decline their offer. We were stuck for 5 hours with Monica Sotomeyor, who dragged our teen daughters into the session and wouldn't allow them to leave either. She was asking the same questions over and over again about our 'ideal...
