Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa
4/10 Poor
"We booked this very last minute and won’t be returning. It’s a fine resort, but not one I’d want to return to. Overall, food is not good here. If you’re looking to relax by the pool and have good pool service, look elsewhere. Don’t pay extra for the club level; it’s basically nothing. Yes, there’s beach access, but you can’t go far due to the rocks. Tons of construction blocking our “ocean view” which we were pretty disappointed about. Overall, fine for a vacation, but not anything worth coming back to. I’d look elsewhere."
"Got a 1 bedroom villa in building #2 with ocean view, large balcony and that was great but the room itself smelled old and moldy, very dark kitchen. It was also noisy in the mornings (construction, restaurant, maintenance). Had to change rooms due to original room wasn't clean properly. Second room could have been cleaned better as well (bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, dishes had a strong smell of cascade detergent)
Upon check in, was asked to join some hyatt club presentation the next day with free breakfast and a gift card. I said I'd think about it as I had just arrived and need to settle in. The next day again was asked and I sign up to only find out it was a membership sale presentation where they asked for $50K in order to join the club. Took 3 hours of my vacation time trying to convince me to pay the $50K for future vacations. Weird!
The property itself is pretty nice, walking around at night felt safe, feels like you're still in the USA, lawn games around the main area, the 2 pools are nice with amazing views, wish they had more than one restaurant, food was not the best but not the worst either. Very pricey! Proximity to the cove and the sea was nice but beware there can be some unpleasant stuff on the semi-private beach (we saw human feces on the beach sand near the staircase one morning, maintenance cleaned it up but still this left a sanitary question in my mind)
Enjoyed the daily aqua fit with Ricky, friendly staff, free beach chairs and umbrella"
"Our stay at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful without ever feeling overbearing. Property itself is stunning. Dining was a highlight. "
Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos - Adults Only - All-Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Our stay at this Cabo resort was a bit of a mixed bag. While the property itself is beautiful, it didn't quite live up to its five-star rating or the high price tag this trip.
The highlights were definitely the physical grounds and the spa, which was exceptionally nice and well-maintained. We also appreciated the service recovery; the staff did a great job making things right after a frustrating misunderstanding regarding our check-in and credits.
However, the "all-inclusive" experience fell short in two major areas:
Food & Drink: The food was just okay and lacked the authentic Mexican flavor you'd expect. To make matters worse, the drinks felt very watered down.
The Credit Trap: Be careful with the resort credits promoted by Expedia and the hotel. They are highly restrictive and can only be used for a few specific things. For instance, you can only apply half of them to spa services—a detail that wasn't disclosed until we were already there.
Overall, it was a decent stay, but it didn't feel worth the premium cost."
