Convenient, Quiet, Safe, Great Value!

I lucked out by selecting this place for my first-ever trip to Cabo. The price was amazing. There were no negatives. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was spotless. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Great A/C and mini-fridge in room. Two very comfortable queen size beds plus a separate twin sized bed. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in tiled shower. Mini-safe in armoire. It was only one block off a major street but surprisingly quiet. A XoXo convenience store steps away. Easy walk to the marina. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Great casual sit-down taco restaurant 2 blocks down the street toward the marina; don't miss the fish tacos! Good breakfast cantina one block down and steps up a side street. Adequate free parking in back. Nice sitting area near rear stairs to parking area; the perfect place to kick back with a good book, a cold beer and enjoy the breeze. If you want a quiet, comfortable place to chill, this is it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cabo!

Bon prix, propre et près de tout

Hotel propre et près de la marina. Pas cher et même si le jour est en peu bruiyant, le prix et l'amabilité des proprios compensent. Stationnement gratuit et sécuritaire. Plusieurs petits restos près. L'Internet fonctionne très bien mais dans les chambres près de la réception. Sinon, c'est très difficile de se connecter. Il faut s'approcher de la réception. Demandez un frigo et vous l'auriez. Toujours pratique pour garder des fruits et de la bière.tres content de mon séjour. Janvier 2017

L'hotel est excellent!

Tres proche de tout, mais dans une rue calme = pas de bruit. Et la chambre etait parfait, et tout ca pas peu d'argent.

Cabi Cush is Zalig; vraag maar aan de locals

Confort zoveel als ge wilt: airco, een koelkast, microgolf oven, megagrote kamer, megagrote douche, moderne flatscreen tv... Relaxe sfeer, op een steenworp van verschillende winkels, restaurants en een van de de hoofdstraten in Cabo San Lucas, dit hotel is een van mijn all-time-favorites. Prijs/kwaliteit is het onklopbaar.

Nice hotel close to everything

This hotel is about 6 Mexican blocks or 2 American sized blocks away from everything. There are several restaurants lining the street and a Oxxo store about 1 block away. We were able to come back to the hotel several times a day to change or for short rests from various sites of interest. Just for the convenience of location and hotel cleanliness we plan to go back and stay there again.

My only complaint was the location. Both evenings I walked back to the hotel by myself. I didn't feel completely safe. Also no coffee in the hotel.

Noisy but clean near to nightlife

Great little place for budget travelers but NOISY. Lots of people running around and talking loudly early in the morning. Easy to walk to the main part of town. Room was pleasant, sparse but clean.

Buen hotel para alojamiento, solo un día había niños jugando en los pasillos por la noche y no dejaban descansar tranquilamente, fuera de eso si solo buscas cama y baño por noche lo recomiendo.

Comfy bed, friendly place.

Friendly service, good price, and comfy bed, will definitely go here again and recommend to people. This is not a resort with a pool but a good place to sleep with air conditioning and close to everything. Shampoo soap towels toilet paper all provided.

Used for one night

Used as one overnight stay which was on a Saturday night . It was very noisy . There was a rooster that crowed most of night, a dog parking and lots of noise from other guests.

Nice simple hotel, nothing fancy and nothing like a resort. Room was nice, bed was great. Safe was small, but nothing was messed with in my room. So my laptop would not fit, its about 10" x 4" and about 6" deep. Shower has low water presser and takes a while for the hot to show up, but that is very common everywhere I have stayed in Mexico. You will not get a shower like in the states. :) But it is also so warm that you don't really want a hot shower. Nice simple hotel.

Liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night. A few blocks from the hustle and bustle of the harbour and beaches, a block from the shopping areas but somehow quiet and calm within the hotel. Just around the corner are stores and food. Everything we needed was within walking distance including Medano Beach. Should we return to Cabo we'll be staying here again.
