This place was so much fun! The only thing that was really hard was the luggage situation. They do not have elevators, there are a lot of stairs. They help you get the luggage to your room but had a terrible time getting someone to help me the day we checked out! We had 2 large luggages and as I was asking from my room I asked to different employees if they could help me and both said no I need to go to the front desk (up a bunch of stairs) as they were just standing there talking! A minor inconvenience for a beautiful beach and comfortable rooms.

From check in to check out and all the in between everything was outstanding! We were so impressed by the wonderful food variety with something for everyone. It was especially amazing dining at the Luna restaurant where the food was not only delicious but a piece of art in the presentation! The waiters Alias, Francisco, and Peria the maid all did a great job. We were especially amazed at the wonderful night shows from various cultures with outstanding dancers, costumes and music. The talent was top notch! Our room was clean and comfortable, I usually don’t get a good sleep on motel beds but this bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me!! We also really enjoyed the warm pool and the smaller less crowded atmosphere of this all inclusive resort compared to the other ones nearby that were larger, crowded and so noisy! The sounds of the birds…finches, wrens and doves as you dine outside was such a soothing and wonderful treat! All around I recommend this all inclusive over others I have stayed at in Cabo! And be sure to support the non pushy but wonderful beach venders especially the brothers Jesus and Jorge. Please let your staff know what a great experience they blessed us with in our stay!!

The rooms were clean, the resort overall was clean, however the food was lacking. Not alot of options and almost daily at breakfast they were low on food and slow to replace. There was one show the entire week, and just karaoke the rest of the nights. The drinks were also very limited, not a full far.

Everything was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with is the evening activity loudness every night between 8 and 10 PM which carried into my room. But we loved the place as a smaller Resort and its location was great as well. People were very nice. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

La habitación bien, solo tienen 2 restaurante Uno de bufet y el otro pura comida de hamburguesa, hot dog etc Pero si pagas un todo incluido, no entendí que el servibar del cuarto no tienen nada y me dijeron que si quería algo fuera a comprar al OXXO 😐

The room needs upgrading. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Food had a great variety. Location was ideal. Close to village where they have the Artwalk every Thursday.

The rooms look absolutely horrible, I checked out 20 mins after checking in. I requested for a refund and the property wasn’t picking up Expedia calls. Absolutely trash of place the room and resort look like a 1 star. Highly disappointed and never recommend to stay here.

No bar in lobby until 5 or 6. Dirty rooms. Housekeeping never came or restocked coffee even after multiple requests. Food was bad at all meals. Egg station was only good breakfast. Pancakes and French toast were dry. Fruit was usually gone by 9am. Anything in the serving dishes felt like leftovers from previous nights dinner. No alcohol served in the buffet, no pool side food. No drinks in mini fridge. Tv that had no options. VERY uncomfortable bed. Ive never slept worse. I tossed and turned every night to the point of having to sleep on sofa. No extra blankets, loud noise from staff and construction in the mornings. No room service that I was aware of. Had to by beer across the street at Oxxo for the room. Luna restaurant food menu was boring and the ribeye is not a ribeye. Adult pool is full of human particulate. Its disgusting. Pool bar staff was nice but not many options. Low proof alcohol but witnessed a few people get overly intoxicated. Not sure from dirty beer taps or bacteria in the mixers from sitting out most of the day or from recreational drugs. Paula (paola?) Was fantastic. Great for activities and karaoke which they canceled the 2nd night of with no explanation. Lobby was uncomfortable and empty. The "club" seemed like it was for swingers. Also if you have mobility issues, dont book here. The elevator sometimes works and there are still stairs you'd have to climb.
