"Front office was amazing. Staff in restaurant was terrible and rude. We went for the purchased buffet breakfast and the staff in the restaurant was rude and not friendly. They acted like we were an imposition to help us. The buffet food was cold and old. Buffet closes at 10 am. We went at 9 thinking it would be plenty of time and fresh food. Wrong. The staff was not helpful. The food was not good. Very disappointing. Hotel needs to consider hiring new restaurant staff. They clearly do not care....

"Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and travel a lot, and the staff at the Hampton Inn in Gilroy is really one of the best. However, their breakfast are awful. Again the staff does their best, but the food quality is really bad. Also, we had a seven day stay and we needed to request housekeeping. And most of the hotels where we stay if you’re over three days, you automatically get a housekeeping. I think they should rethink that policy because it’s kind of...
