Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. "

No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful. "
