"This was a beautiful hotel. Located across from Chapultepec Park and central to the Zocalo and the Condesa neighborhood. Very safe, walking area. The hotel and rooms were very clean and roomy. "Everything was fine to the price point. The property location is not ideal for uber as it is right at the busiest corner and the traffic there is terrible. It could take up to 20 minutes waiting for an uber. Communication is not very effective as we reported the washroom sink drainage issue three times but it has not been resolved."
