"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. "No staff was present during the stay. Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30, which was too late for us to wait for. For a bed and breakfast establishment there wasn’t that “feel at home feeling”"

"Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding."

"This hotel is newly renovated and everything is new and clean. We have traveled many places and this is by far the cleanest hotel with the most polite and helpful staff. We were staying in the area for a NASP tournament at the KY Expo center. This hotel is in a great location to get to the expo. It never took more than a 10 minute drive. "We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs."

"Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. "

"The Roof top bar is very nice! They even had the fire pit on during our stay. They had a blues band playing also! The parking in the garage was easy but costs $60 dollars a day. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large assortment of food items. The room was clean and comfortable."

"This hotel room had a lot of damage to furnishings. The sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The floor had some type of white construction looking debris. It would of only took a few seconds to sweep that and clean it up before putting someone in the room. It also had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we were unable to stay due to asthma. "This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again."
