"The suite room is spacious, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Room full of outlets and lights. Everything was clean. The full kitchen is A plus, it has all the things you need, even a dishwasher and food disposal to keep it clean. My family enjoyed our time together very much and we thank the great staff and service. My only problem was that the location was so close to the airport. But if you are a heavy sleeper it's ok."

"Due to closing of 65, I needed a place to stay close to UofL for my son's orientation. We've never stayed in this area. But it was super close and easy. Small hotel, but quiet and convenient. It's by the airport, so expect air traffic noise, but otherwise perfect stay."

"The hotel and our room was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean and spacious. Run down the pool area and surroundings were. You have this beautiful hotel and then you have a pool that could definitely use and upgrade, especially the gates around it. You have this beautiful backdrop of the river and the bridges and the gates around it are rusted. There's no landscaping. There's no nothing to draw you to that. "The a/c in our room was not working properly. The other room we had booked was working good. We just switched rooms, our friends like it warmer to sleep. "

"It was centrally loacated to attractions, restaurants, and whisky row. Safe area. Hotel had free breakfast with healthy options. It even sold wine in “ store” incase of late arrival or need to unwind. Had “outside”(but enclosed w/in hotel grounds) sitting area to grill, relax, but pool was indoor. On Wed.s A beer/ wine and light snack social was offered. Loved it… do it every night! All in all loved our stay."

"Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Furnishings are a little dated. Restaurant staff was very friendly and did try the Brown for dinner.. Yum!! Derby pie was great too!! Parking is in adjacent lot with hallway to access hotel straight to front desk."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."
