The breakfast is the best of any hotel on our trip through all the keys. Most importantly, there is a peacefulness about this property that puts you at ease. Pay the extra for a ocean front. "This place is clean. Staff was great. Close to the water but not really a beach you can get to. More like for tanning. The pool is saltwater and was nice and warm. A bar would have been a nice plus. I would stay again. "

"While Expedia listed our room as “not in main building, canal view”, there was no indication on the map of the property that our room would be in a building across a road with vehicles traveling 55+mph. The staff was kind and the property nice, but we were disappointed to have to either watch for speeding vehicles or get in our car to drive and park the car in order to sit by the water. "Great stay, absolutely lovely amenities, so much included, food was fantastic. Expedia and the hotel separately charged resort fees and at check out we did have to pay an additional 65 dollars per day on that. Did love the pool, loved the view. Great for kids and families. Wait staff at the pool was very limited- would be great to have QR code ordering by the pool- would increase their revenue I would think. "

"Would have given 5 stars but nowhere to put soap in shower had to put the soap dish on the floor and housekeeping wasn't great left garbage only changed sheets and towels. But other than that great location view from our room was amazing would definitely stay there again "
