"I stayed in the room without windows as a solo traveller and, while extremely compact, the value and location were excellent. Soundproofing was not quite as effective as I would have liked, but I'm also aware that part of the issue is simply other people's behaviour - shouting outside bedrooms at an airport hotel at both 11pm and 4am is completely thoughtless. If I were staying as a couple, I'd certainly book a larger room, but I would stay again for the efficiency and convenience."

"The staff was so welcoming from the minute I checked in. The room was clean and the temp control worked well. Good food and service. Highly recommend."

"Overall stay was okay, venue in itself was clean and well maintained. However there was no restaurant open due to a conference being held, only the bar was open with a limited menu. Food took over an hour to arrive and staff had to be reminded several times. On arrival food was cold and at that point not enjoyable for the overly expensive price."

"I'm almost reluctant to write a review as this hotel is my hidden gem. It's my 3rd time staying and perfect for a local staycation. The outside will make you wonder if you're at the right place then once you step into the lobby you're transported. The hotel has everything you need at a reasonable price. Comfy rooms, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and even garden loungers to enjoy the good weather. Remember to ask for a dressing gown if you plan on using a spa when you check-in at...

"I liked the location near the motorway - it's a busy golf and leisure club. Car park was full. Very quiet location, rooms spacious but there's no air conditioning. Nice bar where you can get a drink or a snack. Breakfast was nice - service not quite on point"

"There was no dinner on the night we got there but that was not hotels fault. It was the water system which affected the area."

"There is a Premier Inn closer to the Gatwick North Terminal than this hotel, but I went to that one at first by accident and it looked weary-worn from extensive use. This hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the airport and feels quiet, peaceful, and better kept. There were even trees outside my window! I'd recommend this hotel for an overnight when flying in or out of Gatwick North."

"Hotel was in a great location. Free parking on site. Good breakfast choices included in room rate. Other guests could be noisy a times and some of the outside tables were situated close to the ground floor bedrooms."

"Great room with a view of the ocean. Spacious disabled bathroom shower which we both enjoyed. Parking was difficult but staff accommodated late arrivals on the forecourt."

"Found 3 spiders crawling round Opposite are room a fire alarm kept on going off or something did mutiple times during the night and morning In the morning opened the door and asked what was happening staff didn’t know so that was helpful"
