"Actually awful they charge a secret secret property fee, the ceilings are peeling the bathrooms are molding the closet smelled like mildew the only reason I stayed there is because it looked cute and historic that does not mean poorly maintained. "Me and my husband stayed here for the 4th of July. 2 nights. It was a nice little cute hotel, I didn’t expect it to be that small but it was nice. The staff were super friendly and nice. We were there 5 hours early he let us leave our stuff use the bathroom and sit in the lobby. The room had adjustable ac. Nice terrace on the 7th floor. Lots of stores near by. The room was clean but when you shower condensation from the shower gets everywhere in the room. I would most likely probably stay here...

"My husband and I booked this hotel mainly for the rooftop pool as it was over 100 degrees in NYC that day. We get to the hotel after walking a mile in the scorching heat and we were told the pool was closed for a private event. We were told we can pay to use it for an additional $120 after we paid for the room which was $300. Extremely unhappy."

"The only issues where it still says airport shuttle but they don’t offer that anymore. Not a big deal for us but keep in mind when planning a trip. Also the bed in 305 was probably the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on on. I felt like it was trying to shank me and roll my body to the floor. The only thing is I was so tired after walking around all day I still slept but if you are picky about your mattresses you may be disappointed. I don’t know if all rooms are like that but just warning you....
