"Convenient location to conference center and Arts District. Rooms were modern, clean, and well appointed. The lobby in courtyard were comfortable and inviting. On the downside, some front desk staff members were friendly and helpful while others were brusque. I was concerned about a problem with my reservation and called multiple times to no avail. They never answered the phone. I called Hilton corporate as well as Expedia and neither of their customer service specialist. Could get in touch with a staff member either. Totally unacceptable- and affected my rating of the property."

"Great hotel and greater burgers at the lobby restaurant. The gym is very good and big. Centrally located in French Quarter, but away from noise. Perfectly located for the NOLA Jazzfest."
