"Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though. Place was so busy with Easter weekend and guests had nowhere to sit, tables dirty, queue for bag long, queue for food long, coffe at breakfast takes 30mins to arrive, didn’t clean our room, didn’t replace towels when asked, complained to manager and nothing done about it. Stay clear and stay at any of the gorgeous places in the Cotswolds "
