"Our room was not cleaned from the day before. Dirty bed and garbage. Ice cream container on the night stand. Made a nasty sticky mess"

When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep "

"Both the breakfast and the pool were lovely. Holiday Inn Expresses are consistently one of the best hotels you can stay in."

"The staff was very courteous, the room and entire property was clean, and the breakfast was great. The reason for the lower rating is because this was listed as a hotel when it is a motel, and the have the absolute cheapest mattresses that you can buy"

"Additional charge for two very small yorkies was too high, $140 for two nights. Also, The floor of the room should be wet mopped between customers, as our feet became dirty if we walked barefoot in the room even from the bathroom to the bed. "

"The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person....

"Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was...
