"The staff were amazing!!! Location was also a huge plus, right across the street from Hammersmith station and loads of shops. Issues had: shower was broken when checked in and had to be fixed, the AC kept turning off in the night, and there was no iron in the room.Again, the staff was top notch but the hotel itself could use some help"

"No ice machine,no wash cloths, no microwave, no phone in room. Staff was not friendly nor approachable. Tv had only a few channels. The restaurant closed early, ran out of food and was too expensive. The hotel was dated and not clean. Staff stole my coke. I had to request physically daily to have my room cleaned. No room service. No clock in the room. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly nor vacuum."

"I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and one of the staff members was quite rude and unhelpful.
When we first arrived, we were given a room in the ADU unit that was in very poor condition. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and the toilet was not functioning correctly.
After we complained, the staff eventually moved us to a different room. Unfortunately, that room was not much better,...

"The hotel was very clean. We stayed for four nights and booked a family room with one queen-size bed and two single beds, which was perfect for our family of four.
There are several supermarkets nearby, and a large shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away, so it’s very convenient for shopping and getting food. The transportation is also quite convenient, as there is a metro station right next to the hotel.
The hotel provides housekeeping and fresh bed linen every three days, which I think...
