Check in was great, this was our 2nd stay and the front desk receptionist had been great both times. I believe her name was Jessica. Only complaints are the bedroom closet door was missing a knob and kind of hard to open. there was only 1 fork with the dishes they have in the room and there were no big bowls and just small ones. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean. Other than the small easy fixes we love this hotel when we’re in Lubbock.
