"The property is centrally located in Lucca, a walled town. The instructions for entry into the property were very clear. The units are on the 1st floor, but this is Europe and they have 0 as ground floor and there is no lift. Driving within Lucca is a challenge, but that is part of the charm. Parking can be a challenge, but once you figure it out, it’s not bad. All in all, it was an amazing experience. The A/C struggled to beat back the heat, but that was typical for Italy in August. ...

"A lovely stay in the heart of Lucca!
We really enjoyed our stay at Lucca Charm. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Lucca and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. It was particularly convenient being able to come and go easily during the day.
The property has lots of character and charm, and our family room was cleaned every day and was comfortable, with a double bed and bunk beds for the children. The bed was very comfortable and the air...
