"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them. The room was typically small for a NY hotel but comfortable. There was a private event while I was there so rooftop was closed to guests. Hallways were full of housekeeping supplies. Area was safe. It was very nice, but it was essentially a little bit bigger than the queen bed (picture a bed in the middle with a path to walk around it). The bathroom was beautiful and shower was great."
