"Easy access to so much of what Chicago has to offer. Comfortable, clean. Please provide instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combo as it is not intuitive."

"Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable."

"Place was amazing! Loved the view from the 5th floor. Only suggestion is make sure the elevator works before you book. Would definitely book again and would love my same space. 10/10. Check for elevator though, or pack light. "
"I liked the convenience and a location. An elevator would be an improvement. The shower room was awfully small and congested. No air conditioning. The ceiling fan turns off when the light is off. I wish the fan would stay on. That needs to be improved. I liked having the big refrigerator in the common room. Sheets and pillowcases were very nice and comfortable. The number of electrical outlets was sufficient. Overall, it was a decent experience and affordable."
