"This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a balcony overlooking a small lake with beautiful “Waterbirds”. We had no housekeeping services so no clean towels and no additional coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine. "Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. A storm caused a power outage, and the hotel doesn’t have an emergency generator, the following morning, the water supply was also cut off due to a burst pipe on the ground floor and I didn’t get a refund or something for one day."

"Was a bit run down. Came for breakfast when it opened, the warmers had just been turned on so everything was cold."
