"I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. "Amazing rooms with beautiful views. Concierge was attentive and kind. Room service was delicious!! Amenities were awesome. Saturday morning yoga was bliss and the hot tub was amazing."

"Only reason I wanted to stay at Super8, was the Golden Waffle Continental breakfast, and there was NO continental breakfast AT ALL. Paid over $150/night, and sign in the lobby said rooms with no TV $75. Signage said Super8 when we checked in at 4pm, sign was covered with "Park Inn" signage when we returned from Bodega and had a terrible time finding motel because of this. In the morning the sign had returned back to Super8. We all checked our abdomens to make sure we still had our vital organs!"

"The reception staff were very friendly. They were cheerful and obviously enjoy their work. One even shared some of her banana muffin with me, and we joked a bit and they really helped me to get centered as I’d just come from a sad memorial service."

"cable tv didn’t work in the room. phone didn’t work -had to walk down to the reception just to ask simple questions. out of coffee in the room -didn’t have any in the hotel at all walls are so thin you can hear conversations being had in room next door"

"Great place to stay in Santa Rosa!"

"This is a reasonably priced Hotel for the wine country. Ask for a room not facing the Freeway. As breakfast is included, there are many families staying here so expect toddler noises during the meal. The gym is small but adequate with a Peloton bike, an elliptical trainer and two treadmills as well as 5+ pound weights. I was able to exercise in the pool the first day of our stay but on the second, loud, splashing kids with floaties took over at 10 am. So, expect noise from the other guests."

"I thought the place was mediocre. Honestly, the price was pretty high, considering there no pool or hot tub, no breakfast, etc. They don’t even have a continental breakfast. When I checked in and asked about breakfast, the lady looked at me like I was stupid. The room wasn’t bad, it was clean. The hotel sits right next to food places , so you have choices without having to drive anywhere."

"The staff up front were very helpful and although the restaurant was closed, they helped us source other food from outside vendors since we arrived later than anticipated. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. I forgot some toiletries so they provided those and were considerate and friendly. The grounds of the property were very nice also with well manicured landscapes. Overall it’s a great place to stay."
