"I don't like the fact that you allow kids at this property. They run around unsupervised, going to the pool. The property should be for people 21 and older!!"

"There was hair in the bath tub. And the water was not going properly. When asked to change the room the staff said all the rooms will have same problem and didnt do anything about it. I went around 8:20 for breakfast eggs are done and never replaced. The only good thing is the location of the place. "

"If I could give this 0 stars, that would still be too many. I checked in around 11:45 pm. I'll start by saying yes, it's under construction & it was a disaster. Was told floors 3 & 4 were completed, but I was given a room on floor 2 . There were only 6 cars in the parking lot at 11:45pm so it was weird I couldn't have an updated room. "Maybe they were having just a bad day, but I found multiple interactions with staff to be less than positive. They seem to be moping or upset about something. I don’t need them to be over the top gregarious, but it would be nice to be acknowledged as a guest and to be appreciated. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. Also, I felt the rooms were a bit spartan by way of amenities. As an example, would greatly encourage a clock in the room by the bed. Otherwise this location is beyond clean. And the...

"We stayed here for 8 days and for the most part we enjoyed our stay. Weekends were very busy and loud but that was expected. We enjoyed the pool during the weekdays because the hotel was fairly empty and we had the pool to ourselves. The room itself was decent. The bed was comfortable but could of used more amenities like a microwave and coffee pot. If you want coffee or the use of the microwave, then you have to go to the lobby."

"If you are not a smoker- this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! We had 4 nights reserved and only stayed 1. Even the bedding reeked of stale cigarette smoke. My daughter had a difficult time with smoke reaction. They would not refund the rest of our trip. Disappointing."
