Beautiful apartment plenty of parking in the street and below neighbour was really friendly, location was spot on for doing things 5 mins walk to Toby carvery and the beech. Definitely stay again

We had a lovely time at this very well equipped modern property . We’d give it a cleanliness rating of 10 out of 10 and we will definitely book again in the future . Lovely comfortable beds.Lots of space inside the property and a small patio area in the back to sit outside weather permitting. We highly recommend.

Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!

Lovely comfortable apartment

Slight drain smell from bathrooms on 1st floor when we arrived but it disappeared next day. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds lovely and comfortable. Would recommend this property. Communication for access details could be made easier. Had to phone twice to be given them.
