"Hotel is currently under renovations which wasn’t noted on the web site. Hotel was noisy and unclean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful letting us out of our stay and working with Expedia staff to refund us. It’s a great location just not clean. Hopefully that’s because of the renovations happening. "

"This place was very dirty and the room was so trashy with the door that was barely on the hinge, if someone wanted to they could break into the room, there was trash all over and a dead roach outside my room, this place should be shut down and condemned"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower had mold, and the floors were never mopped… they continued to bring sheets with stains… "

"Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double...

"Wonderful, clean hotel room with comfortable beds, step out your door to outdoor pool and few steps out your door to the beachfront. Very, very nice person that runs the hotel."

"The woman at the desk was the only bright spot of our stay. She helped us as much as she could. First room had hair on the sheets. Second room had a bad odor. We were only staying one night and didn’t want to spend $300 to stay somewhere else. The room was only $100 for the night so I guess we got what we paid for. "

"Our cottage was perfect for us and our dog. We were right on the beach. The staff were very accommodating. It’s an older resort but recently renovated and very clean."
