"Only issue we had is room service never came by to clean the room. Not sure why, other than that it was a great stay and experience."

"We had stayed there before with no problems. This time they were out of some extra bedding we needed and the balcony we paid for was locked and couldn’t use it. The rooms with just the view and no balcony are better"

"The internet did not work which means the TVs did not work even though I paid $4.95 per day for internet service. AC made lots of noise. During the day, it seems the ac did not work properly. It was hot even though the thermostat was set at 71 degrees."

"Kesha was super sweet and late us check in early. She is just a beautiful person all around and her sister Elissa, I think that’s how you spell it. She is just as amazing! I had a nice conversation with her as well. Both of these ladies went above and beyond for my family. They definitely deserve to be recognized. FYI, you can just tell they are genuinely kind and friendly humans beings. This is my go to place to stay when we are in Daytona from here on out. Thank you again Ladies"

"The place had a weird smell to it and a bunch of dead gnats on the ceiling of the room. The staff was difficult to deal with and they made multiple charges to my card days after leaving. I canceled my stay after being there less then 4 hours because of my over all experience. I regret choosing this location and i have called them many times about the charges yet more charges are showing up on my card. I ended up choosing another resort which exceeded my expectations and made up for this...

"Very nice and clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The only negative was that the rooms were not very soundproof and people talking in the hallway and tv in next room were loud and disturbing. I really enjoyed the morning coffee and outside sitting area and beautiful pool. The outdoor bar made excellent cocktails! Would stay here again."

"Nice location and nice check in staff. The room was the weirdest shape hotel room and had to be some design mistake or odd room that they made out of leftover walls. The TV is in the center of the room. The fridge and freezer didn't work. You have to get in the shower and turn the water on and get wet to warm it up. Noisy neighbors (not the hotel's fault). Breakfast food had plenty of options but not great quality. The juice machines didn't work at all. Good coffee. Glad to only be there 2...
