"The internet did not work which means the TVs did not work even though I paid $4.95 per day for internet service. AC made lots of noise. During the day, it seems the ac did not work properly. It was hot even though the thermostat was set at 71 degrees."

There were a few gray spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The fan didn't blow strongly. Also, I forgot my slippers. The rug needed to be shampooed. I mistakenly walked on it barefoot. "Okay the room has a mini split the AC is right where the bed's at so that helps you keep cool but it takes like a whole day with this heat that we're having it could be an ice machine also in a property I mean when I was checking in you know it took me like 10 minutes to get a hold of the I guess the property manager but hey for the rate that I paid was excellent and it was so close to downtown to the beach so you got to give and take what I stayed there again no I'll try to find a better hotel"

"Only issue we had is room service never came by to clean the room. Not sure why, other than that it was a great stay and experience."

"We had stayed there before with no problems. This time they were out of some extra bedding we needed and the balcony we paid for was locked and couldn’t use it. The rooms with just the view and no balcony are better"

"My room was absolutely perfect and clean the new renovated facilities are amazing! The staff were friendly even though there were some language barriers lol. The beach view was the best part of the room I would definitely recommend this place especially for the price. Now my only gripe is if your trying to go to the pool plan in advance because it might be full of people other than that the beach is right there so we still enjoyed ourselves!"
