"Only issue we had is room service never came by to clean the room. Not sure why, other than that it was a great stay and experience."

"We had stayed there before with no problems. This time they were out of some extra bedding we needed and the balcony we paid for was locked and couldn’t use it. The rooms with just the view and no balcony are better"

"The internet did not work which means the TVs did not work even though I paid $4.95 per day for internet service. AC made lots of noise. During the day, it seems the ac did not work properly. It was hot even though the thermostat was set at 71 degrees."

"Not very accommodating. They would not clean our room. They stated that they had a lot of checkouts for the morning and they could not clean our room. So, they indicated that they would bring fresh towels and try to "tidy up" but the towels never came. Poor execution. Left a day early due to this lack of courtesy."

"Literally got sexually assaulted in the elevator employees never offered to call cops when I told them they only called cops when it happened again same day to one of there employees they never offered a refund or anything said it’s not there fault"

"The room smelled terrible and the towels and wash rags were very dirty. It was so noisy I could not sleep. One of the worst nights I have ever spent at a hotel. The person at the front desk was very nice."

"Our room was impeccable and very spacious. They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was so nice! The poolside service and food were great. The only complaint is that the shower near the pool was not working so there was no way to wash off the sand from our feet before we got into the pool."

"Breakfast was terrible and the space was so small that you have to wait in line around 30 minutes to get your breakfast."

"Stayed 8 nights with my two children. The view was lovely and so were the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and the bar staff were very friendly. (Shoutout to Meghan!) Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Easy access to the beach. Will come again!"
