"OMG!!! This is by far my favorite hotel. From the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, this is a 5 star hotel. I had requested a room that was in a quiet area, and did they deliver. Very end of the hallway in a separate area where only 2 suites were separated from the rest of the hallway. Quiet room and very quiet hallways. "Hotel is tucked away on a quiet street right in the middle of the tourist area of downtown Toronto. Hotel rooms were beautiful, bathroom was enormous. Beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in… But the thing that I liked the most… I think the rooms are soundproofed. It was silent. You couldn’t hear anybody in the hallways, you couldn’t hear the traffic on the street. We were on the fifth floor."

"The hotel is easy to access and relies on pins and lock access. But when I had trouble through the night with noise, there was no one to respond/no help available. The next day, they really came through and helped tremendously, which made my stay really nice. New business getting off its feet so some growing pains, but clearly led by customer-centered staff and owners. I would come back again and recommend the place."
